The Graduate Reset is a graduate-to-professional transition programme for employers who want graduates, trainees and early-career employees to become more reliable, useful and confident in professional working life.
It is designed for employers who can see potential, but are also noticing early friction around communication, ownership, reliability, feedback response, judgement or professional standards.
This is not about blaming graduates. It is about structuring the transition.
How the work happens
Discovery
We start with a practical conversation about the situation, the people involved, what has been tried already and what kind of support may be useful.
Design
The work is shaped around your context. EddyLine does not force every organisation into the same workshop, script or model.
Preparation
Where useful, preparation may include sponsor conversations, short questionnaires, confidential input, Team Check, Grad Check or agreed pre-session framing.
Facilitation
The live work is calm, focused and structured. It creates space for useful conversation, clearer understanding and practical movement.
Follow-up
Where appropriate, the work closes with a summary, reflection, agreed next steps or a check-back point to help transfer the work into day-to-day practice.

EddyLine UK is led by Declan Rooney.
Declan brings more than 20 years of experience leading people, supporting groups and helping teams function in real-world environments where communication, judgement, trust and behaviour matter.
That background shapes the work. EddyLine UK is not built around generic team- building activity or off-the-shelf training. It is built around practical facilitation, careful structure and the belief that people often work better when the right conversation is properly held.
