Start a conversation
Most EddyLine UK work begins with a short discovery conversation. Share a little about your situation and I’ll come back to you.
How to get in touch
If you are exploring support for a leadership conversation, team reset, senior-team alignment session, team summit, Team Check or The Graduate Reset, you are welcome to get in touch.
A short outline of what is happening, who is involved, and what kind of support may be useful is enough to begin.
What to include
Helpful starting points include:
- your organisation or team
- approximate group or cohort size
- what is happening at the moment
- what kind of support may be helpful
- any timing considerations
If your enquiry is about The Graduate Reset, it is also helpful to include:
- approximate number of graduates, trainees or early-career employees
- whether they have already started or are due to start soon
- whether the group is part of a formal graduate scheme or a smaller intake
- any early transition issues you are noticing around reliability, communication, ownership, feedback, teamwork, resilience or standards
Please do not send sensitive personal information, individual performance concerns or private participant details through the contact form. Those can be discussed carefully later if needed.
Please complete the form below and I’ll come back to you as soon as possible.
What happens next
Once your enquiry is received, the next step is usually a short discovery conversation to understand the context and advise on the most appropriate next step.
If the work looks like a fit, the next stage is scoped design and a clear proposal.
A short discovery conversation is usually the next step. No pressure, just a practical first conversation.
