How EddyLine UK Helps
EddyLine UK supports leaders, teams and employers through structured facilitation, diagnostic work and practical transition support.
The work is designed for moments where something needs attention, but the answer is not always another meeting, another training day or another internal conversation.
Some clients arrive knowing exactly what they need. Others know something feels stuck, strained or unclear, but are not yet sure where the real issue sits.
This page is here to help you choose the right starting point.
Choose the right starting point
EddyLine UK offers a small number of focused ways to help people work better together.
Each option has a different purpose.
Some are short and reflective.
Some are team-based. Some are diagnostic.
Some are designed for deeper off-site work.
The Graduate Reset is a dedicated graduate-to-professional transition programme for employers.
If you are not sure which route fits, that is normal. A short discovery conversation is often the best first step.
The ways EddyLine UK can help
Leadership Pause
A structured reflective session for one or two leaders who need space to think clearly, work through pressure and leave with a practical next step.
Leadership Pause is useful when a founder, senior leader or leadership pair needs protected time away from the noise to regain perspective, name what is happening and make clearer decisions.
It is not a generic coaching package or a long leadership programme.
It is a focused, well-held intervention for leaders who need space to pause, think and move.
Best for: founders, senior leaders, business owners or small leadership pairs.
Typical format: 1.5–4 hours depending on scope.
From: £1,250.
Team Reset
A contained facilitated session for small teams where tension, drift, frustration or pressure is starting to affect how people work together.
Team Reset is useful when the issue is becoming noticeable, but has not yet become impossible to handle.
It creates structured space to pause, name what is happening and agree a more useful way forward.
It is not a motivational away day or forced team bonding.
It is practical team facilitation for real working tension, unclear communication, pressure, frustration or loss of alignment.
Best for: small teams of 4–6 people. Can accommodate up to 8.
Typical format: 2–6 hours depending on need.
From: £3,250.
Team Alignment
A facilitated session for senior teams who need clearer direction, stronger shared understanding and more practical momentum.
Team Alignment is useful when people are busy, capable and committed, but are not quite pulling in the same direction.
Priorities may be understood differently.
Decisions may keep circling.
Meetings may create discussion but not enough movement.
This work helps senior teams clarify what matters, surface assumptions, strengthen shared understanding and leave with a more practical line of movement.
Best for: senior teams of 6–8 people. Can accommodate up to 10.
Typical format: usually 6–8 hours.
From: £4,950.
Team Summit
A premium off-site or extended team engagement for teams who need protected space, deeper work and a more substantial reset or alignment process.
Team Summit is EddyLine UK’s most in-depth team offer.
It is useful when the issue needs more than a short session, or when a leadership team needs proper space to step away, think, reset and build a stronger way forward.
It can support deeper team reset work, leadership off-sites, strategic alignment, relationship repair, communication reset or wider team development.
Best for: teams needing a serious reset, senior-team off-site or deeper facilitated process.
Typical format: 6–8 hours per day, or 2-day / multi-day depending on scope.
From: £6,500.
Team Check
A structured diagnostic for teams and sponsors who want a clearer read on how the team is functioning before choosing the right next step.
Team Check is useful when something feels stuck, strained, unclear or misaligned, but the sponsor is not yet sure what kind of support is needed.
It helps create a clearer picture of team function, pressure, drag and possible next steps. It can stand alone, or it can inform whether Team Reset, Team Alignment or Team Summit is the right route.
Team Check is not a performance management process, personality profile or disciplinary tool.
Best for: teams where the issue needs clearer diagnosis before action.
Includes: questionnaire, confidential 1:1 input, interpretation and report.
From: £1,250 for Baseline Team Check.
Baseline plus 30-day comparison: from £2,250.
The Graduate Reset
A graduate-to-professional transition programme for employers who want graduates, trainees and early-career employees to become more reliable, useful and confident in professional working life.
The Graduate Reset is useful when an employer can see potential, but is also noticing early friction around communication, ownership, reliability, feedback response, judgement, teamwork or professional standards.
This is not about blaming graduates. It is about structuring the transition from academic success into professional working life.
The programme includes Grad Check:
EddyLine UK’s practical Seven Foundations readiness diagnostic.
Best for: employers supporting graduates, trainees or early-career employees.
Formats: Core, main programme and Intensive routes available depending on need and cohort.
From: £3,500 per cohort for Graduate Reset Core.
Main programme routes from £5,950 per cohort.
Which option fits best?

If the challenge is graduate readiness, early-career transition or professional working standards, start with The Graduate Reset.
How the work is shaped
EddyLine UK does not force every organisation into the same model.
The starting point is always the situation: what is happening, who is involved, what has already been tried, what is at stake and what kind of movement would be useful.
From there, the work is shaped around the right level of structure, pace and challenge.
Some work is short and focused.
Some needs diagnosis first.
Some needs a full facilitated session.
Some needs a deeper off-site.
Graduate transition work follows a more structured programme route.
The common thread is the same: create the right space, hold the right conversation and help people move forward with more clarity.
If you are not sure
You do not need to diagnose the issue perfectly before getting in touch.
Many clients start with a simple sense that something feels harder than it should.
The conversation may be enough to identify the right starting point, or to decide that EddyLine UK is not the right fit.
That is fine.
The first step is a practical discovery conversation.
Start a conversation
If something in your leadership, team or graduate intake needs clearer structure, start with a conversation.
No pressure.
No forced proposal.
Just a practical discussion about what is happening and whether EddyLine UK can help.
